University Way, also known as "The Ave" is a popular gathering place for University Of Washington students, faculty/staff and locals, who are eager to look for new food options that are fast, healthy and reasonably priced. 

 

Catching the current demand, Time Bistro features an authentic Vietnamese menu with a touch of Asian fusion foods that will bring diners a new experience about Asian cuisines. The special feature of Time Bistro is our exclusive vegetarian menu inspired by the owner’s beloved grandmother who was also a devout Buddhist nun. She believes that vegans/vegetarians can enjoy GREAT foods and have GOOD health at the same time too. 

 

Our co-owners are a couple who have experience in F&B industry for many years. The husband, specializing in wok dishes and pho, has been a chef for several restaurants in Seattle and surrounding areas. His passion for culinary arts always urges him to create new recipes and develop his skills every day. The wife has been the operation manager for different well-known restaurants in Pacific Northwest. Together. we believe that we will thrive Time Bistro to the next level in order to serve the U-District neighborhood.
